An invitation to seekers, builders, technologists, professionals, elders, and young people to help create a nonviolent future rooted in dignity, cooperation, and care.
I am a seeker.
For more than fifty years, I worked in the trenches of technology—from vacuum tubes and analog systems to the powerful networks, artificial intelligence, and social media that now connect our world. For seventy-six years, I have also lived beneath the shadow of the Cold War and its aftermath.
Along that journey, I learned one plain and simple truth: violence cannot secure a future worth inheriting.
Agape Sojourners begins with another truth: every person deserves dignity, respect, kindness, and the opportunity to thrive. Agape is not passive sentiment. It is active care—joined with courage, discernment, accountability, and a willingness to stand against injustice without becoming what we oppose.
This mission asks some difficult questions:
What will future generations need to survive and flourish?
Can we turn industries built for destruction toward building the infrastructure of life?
Can technology connect and liberate us rather than dominate and control us?
Can young people be given not only a voice, but a meaningful role in planning and building their own future?
We do not pretend to possess all the answers. We will seek them together.
The Agape Mission Journal will document that journey through Mission Quests, Agape Reviews, reflections, and checkpoints. We will examine important proposals and systems through a plain and simple filter: What serves life, dignity, cooperation, truth, nonviolence, and the needs of future generations—and what does not?
You do not need to agree with every conclusion to join this journey. Bring your questions. Bring evidence. Bring imagination. Bring your experience and your hope. We ask only that we meet one another without hatred, domination, or violence.
We are connected. We have the tools. We have the ability to imagine something better.
